Overview

Dynamiq is an agentic AI platform for building and running AI agents for back-office automation and customer support, by voice and by chat. It is aimed especially at regulated industries such as banking and financial services. Agents can run in Dynamiq's cloud or inside a company's own infrastructure. Enterprise customers can also work with Dynamiq's forward-deployed engineers, who help design and roll out the agents.
What agents do
The site shows several sample runs. A workflow agent reconciles card settlements with the general ledger by reading files over SFTP, querying SQL, matching transactions in a Python sandbox and drafting a report of discrepancies. A voice agent verifies a caller, looks up a card, checks the travel policy, lifts a block and logs the case in the CRM. A compliance agent triages a transaction-monitoring alert with cited sources, and an AI Coworker builds a board summary document from warehouse data.
Controls
Approval gates are built into the workflows. In the reconciliation example, changes are posted to the ledger only after finance operations approve, and the compliance recommendation requires an analyst's sign-off. Every step is traced, so teams can see what an agent did and why. Agents can be built on a visual canvas or in Python, and the SDK is open source under the Apache-2.0 licence.
Pricing
The Free plan costs $0 to start. It includes a Dynamiq Cloud workspace, the canvas and Python building tools, and core platform features within usage limits, along with the free open-source SDK. Enterprise pricing is custom. It adds deployment in your own cloud account or data centre on Kubernetes, SSO, roles, retention controls, forward-deployed engineers, onboarding and support. The site lists SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR and CASA Tier 2 compliance, with a BAA and DPA available.
Things to consider
Dynamiq is designed for organisations with real operational processes and data systems to connect, so getting the most from it takes integration work and clear approval rules. Smaller teams can test it on the free tier. Regulated companies should evaluate the self-hosted options and compliance documents against their own requirements before putting agents into production.
