Overview

Final Round AI makes Interview CoPilot, an AI interview assistant for macOS and Windows. It listens to a live interview and shows suggested answers in a private window that only you can see. It also offers practice interviews and automatic debriefs, organised around each job you are applying for.
Prepare, perform, review
The app works in a loop for each job. First you create a Goal for one role, with your resume, materials and the interview round you are preparing for; a checklist shows what is missing. Next you either go live or practise. After each session, a debrief is written automatically, scoring areas such as clarity, structure, depth and follow-up, and it feeds into your preparation for the next round.
Live interview help
During a real call, CoPilot listens and streams a short suggested answer seconds after each question, written the way you might say it, for you to put in your own words. The site says it works on Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, HackerRank, CoderPad and phone screens via another device, and detects behavioural, coding, system design, case and domain questions without switching modes. The window is described as hidden from screen sharing, and there is a stealth mode.
Practice
Practice interviews launch from a Goal, so the AI interviewer already knows the role and your background. Rehearsing out loud against the same job description can help you get used to likely questions.
Who it suits
It suits job seekers preparing for technical and behavioural interviews who want structured practice and feedback, and who need help keeping track of several interview processes. Sign-up is free, with paid plans for fuller use.
Things to consider
Using hidden real-time assistance in a live interview is a serious ethical and practical question. Many employers consider it a breach of their interview rules, and being discovered could end your candidacy or a job offer later. Read each employer's guidance first. The practice and debrief features are a less risky way to benefit. Also bear in mind that the app listens to interview audio, so check how recordings and transcripts are stored, and whether interviewers must be told they are being recorded where you live. Suggested answers can be wrong, especially on coding questions, so check them carefully.
