Overview

Gleap is a help desk built for software companies, with AI agents that cover support, product and engineering. Its idea is support that ships fixes: instead of stopping at an answer, the AI team can investigate a bug and prepare the code change for your engineers to review. Gleap says it is trusted by more than 4,500 teams and rated 4.6 out of 5 on G2.
The AI team
Kai Support answers customers. Kai Resolve investigates the hard tickets. Kai Code prepares the pull request with the fix, and Kai PM recommends priorities and what to build next. Your team reviews and ships, and customers stay informed. The homepage example shows a customer reporting that a CSV export stops at 1,000 rows. Kai acknowledges the issue, Kai Resolve investigates, Kai Code prepares the fix, and once it is live the customer is told the export now includes the whole segment.
Help desk features
Gleap includes live chat and a shared inbox, in-app bug reporting, unlimited tickets with full history, a help centre, a public roadmap, session replays, surveys, newsletters and product tours, with integrations for common development tools.
Pricing
Gleap has no per-seat pricing on higher plans. Kai Support costs $0.29 per resolution on every plan. A resolution is a conversation Kai answered where the customer did not ask for a human within 72 hours and Gleap's review confirms it was resolved; hand-offs to your team are free. Starter costs $29 a month for one seat and one project with live chat, inbox and bug reporting, plus Gleap branding. Team costs $149 a month with unlimited seats and projects, every channel and integration, the help centre, roadmap, replays, surveys and the full AI agent team. Pro is listed at $299 a month. There is a seven-day free trial, and eligible early-stage startups can get 50 percent off Team or Pro for 12 months.
Who it suits
Gleap suits SaaS and app companies whose support tickets often turn into bug reports.
Things to consider
Always review AI-generated code before merging it. Estimate resolution volume to forecast usage costs, and keep help content accurate so Kai answers correctly.
