Overview

goHeather is a legal AI platform for contracts. It drafts, reviews and compares the agreements that businesses and other organisations often handle without outside counsel. A fall 2026 update expanded it into a broader legal AI that creates documents, reviews documents and researches the law. goHeather says more than 20,000 businesses use it.
Contract review
Review is aimed at routine deals you would not normally send to a lawyer. The AI spots critical issues and comments on the contract, and it can suggest new text clause by clause. AI-powered suggestions are available in Microsoft Word. You can chat with the AI about a contract and build your own playbooks that set how each type of contract is reviewed. The site says an independent NYU study named it the benchmark in AI contract review, and that the AI is lawyer-trained.
Drafting
You tell goHeather what you need, answer a few questions, and it shows an outline you can edit before drafting each section into a Word document. You can start from a blank page, a past agreement or a term sheet, for documents such as an NDA, master services agreement or offer letter. Language is written for your side of the deal, in the jurisdiction you choose, and the output is an editable DOCX with schedules, exhibits and signature blocks. A template library is available.
Languages and reach
goHeather supports many languages and says it works almost anywhere in the world. E-signatures and secure storage of signed documents were listed as coming soon.
Savings claim
The site cites an average saving of $1,419 compared with a lawyer per deal. That is the company's figure and depends on the deal.
Pricing
You can try it for free, and there is a pricing page and a demo option.
Who it suits
It suits small and mid-size businesses, founders, operations teams and in-house teams handling NDAs, leases, service agreements and similar contracts.
Things to consider
AI review is not a substitute for a lawyer on high-value, unusual or high-risk deals. Check every suggested clause against your jurisdiction and your commercial position. Be careful about uploading confidential agreements, and check goHeather's data handling terms first.
