Overview

Faraday is a customer context platform for AI agents and marketing workflows. It provides consumer and identity data on 240 million US adults, along with predictive models built on a company's own data, and delivers it through MCP, a real-time API and batch deployment. Its premise is that AI agents need rich customer context to personalise experiences.
On-demand context
You choose the data elements you want in a payload, and Faraday makes them available via API, MCP or a simple file append. The catalogue starts with more than 1,400 consumer and identity data points from data compilers. Faraday Pro lets you buy the context you need with no contract or minimum.
Custom predictions
Faraday can use your own data to build and deploy machine learning models automatically. Examples include propensity to convert, next best offer and persona clustering. You define an eligible group of people and a group that has already reached the outcome, and Faraday builds a predictive model.
Recurring deployment
For ongoing workflows, Faraday can deploy continuously throughout your stack, so customer data flows to Faraday and context flows back to your warehouse. It integrates with major data warehouses, cloud providers and marketing tools.
Use cases and results
Templates cover adaptive discounting, subject line personalisation, lead bidding, sales rep assignment, direct mail list pruning, loyalty targeting, lookalike audiences, market expansion and lead qualification, among others. Case studies on the site include John Hardy enhancing customer profiles, American Standard closing customers at a three-times-higher margin by prioritising high-scoring leads, and Bespoke Post reporting a 5x ROI and a 3% drop in churn.
Pricing
You can sign up free with 200 free credits, and Faraday Pro has no contract or minimum.
Who it suits
It suits US-focused e-commerce, retail, financial services, insurance and home services companies with data teams or marketing operations that want predictive scoring and data enrichment.
Things to consider
Enriching customer records with third-party consumer data raises privacy and fairness questions, so check state privacy laws and your own policies, especially for credit, insurance or housing decisions. The data covers US adults only. Start with the free credits on a small test segment.
