MxHERO Com is an email management platform that ties corporate mail to the cloud storage already in use. It automatically files messages and attachments, secures sensitive content, and exposes archived email to AI agents.

If your organization relies on tools like Box, Egnyte, SharePoint, OneDrive or Google Drive, mxHERO will route every mail item to those systems in the background. No change is required for how users send or receive email. The platform applies retention, metadata and access controls during capture so that every file ends up in the appropriate folder, by client, matter or project, and remains searchable by those attributes.

Security is handled by replacing attachments with secure links, previewing inbound files safely, and keeping confidential data off inboxes and devices. The same rules that govern filing also apply to email security, ensuring compliance and retention are enforced automatically.

AI context is provided without exposing raw mailboxes. Once a message is captured, your AI tools, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, LibreChat or any MCP/OpenAPI client, can query the stored archive. The platform removes duplicate threads and quoted replies before the data reaches the AI, and delivers concise summaries with links to the original emails and attachments. Permissions are respected, so only authorized users see the results.

The system uses a single rules engine. You can define rules by sender, recipient, subject, body, attachment patterns or any characteristic. These rules trigger in real time, as the email is sent or received, or later in the mailbox or archive. The architecture is fully compatible with Microsoft 365 Exchange, Google Workspace, IMAP and the aforementioned cloud storage providers.
