Overview

Review Kit is an AI review management tool that aims to lift your local business's online reputation. It helps collect reviews, draft replies, and track ranking in one place. You can start a free trial and see how the system fits your workflow.
The system splits into four main flows. First, “collect reviews” pushes a personalized request to a customer after a visit. The note can reference the service booked, the order, or the experience, making the ask feel personal. The email is sent a couple of minutes after checkout, and a QR code can be added for quick access. Second, the “reply to reviews” function drafts responses that match your tone. An AI model learns from approved replies and business facts such as “Open Sundays” or “Free parking at rear.” Any review rating of four stars or lower is held until you approve it, so no unvetted reply goes out automatically.
The third flow is “rank locally.” The software hooks into Google Maps, updating your position for a chosen phrase (for example “dentist near me”) every time a new review lands. It reports the current rank and the number of new reviews gathered in the past 30‑day window. Finally, the “deep insights” panel shows sentiment‑free metrics like staff friendliness, pricing, and wait times, with percentage changes over the last 90 days. It highlights pain points that recur across reviews, such as long Saturday wait times.
Review Kit can be used by single‑location shops or by owners who run several sites. All reviews from Google, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, GetYourGuide, Airbnb, and other sources are fed into a single inbox. Optionally, you can view each location side by side to compare ratings, review volume, and response times. A leaderboard tracks which team member gets the most reviews in a week, encouraging a review‑friendly culture.
The interface includes an inbox that shows new reviews, a request journey timeline, and quick buttons to accept or decline drafted replies. You can also tag reviews with staff members or locations automatically. The tool promises no setup fees, no long‑term contracts, and a pricing model that scales with the number of locations added.
