Overview

Blync is an AI agent for small business admin. It handles invoices, quotes, expenses and tax returns from short plain-language descriptions, and the company claims each one takes about 10 seconds. It is aimed at freelancers, agencies, consultants, law firms, contractors, trades businesses, creative studios and other self-employed professionals.
The problem it targets
The site describes familiar pain points: spending an hour formatting an invoice and doing VAT maths, drafting awkward reminders for overdue invoices, a drawer of receipts and folders of PDFs, and weeks of matching payments and expenses at tax time.
How it works
First, you connect your bank account and payment processor, which Blync says takes less than three minutes. It reads your contacts to get up to speed on your business. Then you describe what you need in a sentence. The site's example asks it to invoice a client AED 8,500 for a website redesign with three line items, net 30 terms and 5% VAT. Blync creates the invoice, AED 8,925 including VAT, with a due date, and you can hover over any field to edit it before sending.
After sending
Blync then sends the invoice, chases it if it is unpaid, and logs it against your tax picture. You get a notification when money arrives. It also handles quotes, expenses and reconciliation, and the company says it has built-in tax rules and exports for many countries. Invoices can include a payment link.
Pricing
Blync is in beta and free while the team polishes the product. No credit card is needed to start. Future pricing was not published on the pages reviewed.
Who it suits
It suits freelancers and small businesses that want to spend less time on invoicing and bookkeeping.
Things to consider
As beta software, it may change, and pricing after the beta is unknown. Connecting a bank account gives it access to sensitive financial data, so review its security, permissions and data policies. Check invoices, VAT and especially tax filings carefully, and keep your accountant involved, since you remain legally responsible for your returns. Automatic payment reminders should match the tone you want with clients.
