Overview

Looka is an AI logo maker with a brand kit attached. You start by entering your company's name, and Looka's AI generates logo options you can tweak until one feels right. No design skills are needed, and making logos is free. You only pay when you want to download one.
How it works
Looka lays it out in three steps:
- Make a logo: generate as many options as you like and edit layout, fonts, colours and icons.
- Build your brand: the Brand Kit takes your logo, colours and fonts and instantly creates hundreds of branded materials in one place.
- Market your business: choose from 300+ templates matched to your brand and industry, then customise business cards, social profiles, email signatures and more in the Brand Kit editor.
Prices
Looka offers two routes, according to its official pricing page (checked October 2026):
Logo only (one-time purchase)
- Basic Logo Package: $35 for one low-resolution PNG file.
- Premium Logo Package: $72 for high-res PNG, EPS, SVG and PDF files, colour variations including transparent backgrounds, unlimited post-purchase changes, full ownership and lifetime technical support.
Logo plus Brand Kit (annual subscription)
- Brand Kit Subscription: $96 a year. Unlimited logo changes, hi-res and vector files, full ownership even after the subscription ends, and 300+ branded assets such as social profiles and posts, email signatures, letterheads, invoices and brand guidelines.
- Brand Kit Web Subscription: $129 a year, adding an AI-generated website.
Looka accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and PayPal (not Discover). Full details at looka.com/pricing.
Is it a good fit?
Looka suits new businesses, side projects and freelancers who need a decent logo and matching materials quickly and cheaply. The key decision is whether you only need the logo files (the one-time Premium package) or will use the ongoing Brand Kit. Because you keep ownership of your logo either way, the subscription is mainly about the templates and edits.
Established brands with specific design needs, or anyone wanting a truly original mark, will still be better off with a human designer.
Pros: free to try until you're happy; clear one-time and annual prices; you own the logo.
Cons: the $35 package is a single low-res file; Brand Kit is a yearly subscription; no monthly option for the kit.
Alternatives
Brandmark offers one-time logo packages too. Kittl and Canva are better if you want a full design editor.
