Overview

Dart describes itself as the workplace for the agent era. It is a project management tool in which people and AI agents work together on shared tasks, context and goals. You can invite teammates, build custom agents and connect the agents you already use, then manage them all in one workspace.
People and agents together
Dart's example team shows a product lead setting priorities, an engineer building with Codex, a code review agent checking work against team standards, a designer reviewing designs and a customer support agent drafting replies and passing feedback to the product lead. Agents and people appear side by side on the same plan, each with assigned tasks.
Connected agents
You can connect coding, research and design agents and assign them work from a task. Listed integrations include Codex, Claude Code, Cursor background agents, Manus, OpenClaw, Grok, Hermes and Devin, plus models from Gemini, Meta, Amazon, Cohere and Thinking Machines.
Multi-agent orchestration
For larger goals, a lead agent breaks the goal down into a plan and coordinates specialist agents that research, build, design and analyse in parallel or in sequence. People set direction, follow progress and step in when their context or judgement helps. The example shows a push notifications feature moving from research to planning, design, build, review and release.
Project management features
Beyond agents, Dart includes AI chat, AI property filling, AI planning, subtask generation, duplicate detection, a command centre, natural language input, keyboard shortcuts, board, calendar and roadmap views, reports, comments and reminders. Integrations include ChatGPT, Claude, Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, GitHub, email, Google Calendar, Notion, Telegram and others, and templates cover sprint planning, SOC 2 compliance, fundraising, hiring and more.

Who it suits
Use cases on the site span product and engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, design, HR and operations, but it fits best with teams already using coding or research agents.
Things to consider
Giving agents authority to carry work through to completion needs clear review steps, especially for code and customer-facing replies. Check what repository and data access each connected agent receives, and start with low-risk tasks.
