Overview

Dyspute.ai is an online dispute resolution platform built around Adri, an AI mediator. It aims to make mediation faster and more affordable by letting parties take part asynchronously, at any time of day, instead of waiting for everyone's calendars to line up. The site says this can cut resolution time from weeks to days.
How it works
A mediation provider invites both parties. Adri then guides each side through intake, negotiation and, if they agree, a signed settlement. Because the process is asynchronous, each party responds at their own pace while the case keeps moving.
Two service models are offered. In the human-in-the-loop model, Adri works alongside a dispute resolution professional who oversees each step. In the fully automated model, Adri runs the mediation alone. A video on the site shows the full human-in-the-loop process from invitation to settlement.
Trust and confidentiality
The site stresses several safeguards. It accesses AI models through APIs that do not allow training on user data. Mediation is confidential by default: only approved summaries, proposal votes, shared documents and direct offers reach the other side. Adri also filters abusive language before it is passed on, to keep the negotiation civil.
Products
Besides mediation, Dyspute.ai offers enterprise solutions, demand letter and settlement agreement tools, and separate paths for mediation providers and for parties and lawyers. A blog, FAQs and free resources explain the process.
Who it is for
It suits mediators and dispute resolution providers who want to handle more cases, businesses with many small disputes, and individuals who want to settle a conflict without the cost of going to court.
Things to consider
AI mediation is new, and it is not a replacement for legal advice. Before signing a settlement, make sure you understand what it means, and consider having a lawyer review it, especially for large amounts or complex matters. Whether a settlement is binding depends on local law and on how it is signed. Not every type of dispute suits an automated process, particularly those involving safety, family matters or a large power imbalance. Check pricing and how your data is stored before you start.
For a small claim, the time saved may matter as much as the fee.
