Overview

Intelli lets you run WhatsApp, Instagram, and web chat directly from a ChatGPT or Claude interface. The platform is billed as an all‑in‑one place where B2C businesses can build AI assistants that answer questions, qualify leads, and push follow‑ups across the channels customers already use.
The first step is designing an assistant in Intelli's visual builder. You choose a template such as Sales, Support, or Onboarding, then drag and drop blocks that collect customer data (name, product interest, order details) and provide actions (book a demo, send a FAQ, add to a list). The assistant's knowledge base is a set of files you upload; the assistant pulls the appropriate information when a user asks a question. When you publish, the bot starts listening on the connected channel and sends messages back to the user. In practice, a sales bot can send a “Hi, I'm here to help you buy X” message, ask for the user's budget, and if the lead seems warm, add a calendar event for a demo call.
Intelli's shared inbox keeps every chat from the supported channels, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, website chat, and email, in one place. Each conversation shows the participant's message, any AI‑suggested reply, and the assistant's last message. The inbox lets you assign a thread to a team member, so they can take over if the bot is stuck. You can also bulk‑send a broadcast to up to 2,000 contacts on the WhatsApp Broadcast plan, or use the broadcast module to send promotions, order updates, or alerts. Notifications trigger for time‑sensitive chats, so a lead doesn't slip through after hours.
The platform offers a low‑code WhatsApp integration: you link your WhatsApp Business account via Facebook, and Intelli handles the API setup. For teams that need deeper control, Intelli also supplies direct WhatsApp Business API access. The paid plans vary by number of contacts, AI credits, and team seat limits. For example, the WhatsApp Assistant Basic plan gives one API number, 1,000 AI credits per month, and can reach up to 5,000 contacts. The Grow plan adds commerce features such as catalogue sync and opens up support for 25,000 contacts.
This tool is helpful if you want a single dashboard for a support or sales team that works across multiple messaging platforms.
